A Cooperation Protocol with the Ministry of Housing
AAIMF Signed a Cooperation Protocol with the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities to Finance Residential Units
As part of the Egyptian government’s efforts to provide diverse housing options that meet the needs of various segments of society, a cooperation protocol was signed today between the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities and Arab African International Mortgage Finance (AAIMF).
The agreement aims to finance real estate units under the free mortgage finance system, thereby expanding the base of beneficiaries who can own residential and non-residential units.
During the signing ceremony, Mr. Tarek Sabry, Managing Director of Arab African International Mortgage Finance, affirmed that this cooperation falls within the company’s strategy to support the government’s efforts in facilitating property ownership for citizens. He emphasized that mortgage finance plays a key role in stimulating the real estate market, achieving balance between supply and demand, and supporting economic sectors related to construction and development.
He added: “At Arab African International Mortgage Finance, we are committed to providing flexible and innovative financing solutions that meet the needs of various customer segments, in line with the government’s vision for achieving sustainable urban development.”
Mr. Sabry also highlighted that this protocol represents a new step toward strengthening the partnership between the public and private sectors to support urban development plans and enable more citizens to own real estate units across the country.
