AAIMF Signs Agreements with Real Estate Developers to Facilitate Property Documents on Clients
AAIMF signed agreements with a number of real estate developers to finance different real estate units in a number of projects, across Egypt. The prior approval of all these units’ legal documents, in addition to a prior appraisal of all units, will allow the customers to obtain financing by providing their income documents only.
This service will reduce the financing time in addition to facilitating the finance process on customers and solve the problem of the complexity of documents.
Also, customers will be able to view all approved projects on AAIMF website, calculate their income and finance monthly installment, and get a pre-approval online in no time.
This step came as an embodiment of AAIMF’s goal to provide a distinct service for all customers, to lead the Egyptian market, to confirm its keenness to raise the level of services offered in the mortgage market and to respond to the growing needs of its customers.
